IT Asset Management
Redesigned and restructured the end to end user experience interaction and enhanced functionality for asset relationships and dependency mapping. The core of my work was involved in CMDB ( Configuration Management ).
Currently, SaaS Management is getting ready for a seamless onboarding experience for customers to get onboarded easily, and from the product end, we are enhancing the overall user experience based on the customer feedback and usability research.
In ITAM, the new improved and redesigned asset relationship and dependency mapping is gearing for release which would drastically increase the core capabilities of CMDB and sets the tone for the roadmap planned ahead.
Other than these product feature ownership on my plate, I was instrumental in pushing for an upgraded and enhanced Marketplace with seamless user experience, and helped in the initial prototype designs. Another area, where I was active, was getting myself involved in ideating and prototyping for new capabilities around IT Operations revolving around Cloud Discovery & Management, IT Operations Management and Alert Monitoring.
